東京都内に計画中の集合住宅。道路斜線、高さ制限、建ぺい率、容積率の最大値を獲得。また、前面道路が前後に二つ平行にあることから、セットバック距離、階高を微調整しながら、二辺から来る斜線形状とスラブの関係が明快になるように計画を進めている。
A residential complex in Akasaka. The front and back streets are parallel so needs an adjustment of the distance in the building set-back and the floor height which dictates overall proportion of the building. The relationship between the angled cut-back lines on the top and the level of slab lines are negotiated to be simpler and to maximize the allowable building volume.
