オフィスやショップにも転用可能なアパートの計画。法規上「1400mm以下の居室は階数に含まれない」ことを利用し、各室にロフト階を計画した。1400mm、2200mm、2600mmの異なる3種類の階高を持つ部屋がL型に積層されている。これにより各居室は4方向に開口を取ることができる。
The design of 2 story 4 unit apartment housing enables each unit to be converted into office space and shop. Exploiting the fact that building code considers space with a height dimension of 1400mm not as a floor, each room has 1400mm high loft space that make use of residual space generated from the maximum buildable volume and the height restriction. Consequently setting the floor height of 1400mm, 2200mm and 2600mm and kitchen, living, bedroom are arranged into L-shape volume, each unit enjoys having exposures to all four side of a building.
