東京都内に計画中の集合住宅。高さ制限、建ぺい率いっぱいに設定されたボリュームを垂直方向に10分割することで、ルーフガーデンのあるメゾネットタイプの貸室が作られている。ボリュームの中心部に2カ所設けられた外部空間を設備コアとすることで、4面の外壁に設備機器は一切現れず、住宅地に上質な外部空間を提供することが可能となる。
The idea for this multi-dwelling in planning phase in Tokyo is to divide the maximum allowable volume with a tight height restriction into ten vertical volumes, thereby allows maisonette-type rentable rooms with luminous roof gardens. By locating circulation and utility cores in the center of building volume, all four exterior sides of the building are available for quality outdoor interface and open toward the residential neighborhood.
