東京都心の商店街に建つ店舗＋事務所＋住宅の複合ビルである。要求される内部の条件の違いを、包含するような外観が求められた。そうして構成要素を腰壁、サッシのみに絞り、その寸法の違いでコントロールした。また、その上にはワイヤーをテンションし、植栽が採光と外観に表情を加える。
A mixed-use building including shops, offices and residences located in a commercial district of Tokyo. The greenery adds a gentle character to the facade and naturally patterned lighting inside.
这是个建在东京市中心的综合楼，复合了商业、事务所和住宅。外观上要求包含内部条件差异。由此，把结构要素归结在腰墙和窗户常，用尺寸的不同来控制。并且上面用钢缆牵引，绿化则在采光和外观上加入新的表情。
