東京都内に計画された9戸の集合住宅である。内部と外部との隙間に窓を介した新たな空間を設けることにより、部屋からの眺めや建物の距離感等、密集した地域に建つ低層集合住宅の再定義を考えた。この窓部の空間は、その厚みに変化を持たすことで、内と外との隔たりの感覚を拡散させ、住戸内の居住性を豊かにする。またプライバシーに関わる住戸の内部構成を打ち消すことによりユニークな外からの印象を得る。
9 units apartment building in Tokyo. By introducing an intermediary space at a window between inside and outside, its design redefines an experience of living in a typical low-rise housing in a highly dense area of Tokyo, where scenery from room and distance among buildings are often not pleasant. 这是个建在东京都内的集合住宅,供9户人家居住。在内部和外部的缝隙间,通过窗户配置上新的空间,使得自房间的视野、建筑物的距离感等,密集地区建集合住宅的再定义有所思考。给这个窗口的空间带来厚度的变化,使得内外的距离感扩散开来,以此来丰富住宅内的居住性。并且,通过否认和隐私相关的住宅内部结构,给外部带来一个独特的印象。
