東京都内に計画中の2戸からなる住宅である。それぞれの住居の各室間には必ず複数の動線が確保されるように全ての間仕切りを可動とした。そのことにより、1人が居住する、2人が設備だけを共有して居住する、2人が全ての室を共有するなど様々な住み方を可能にしている。
The house is designed in open planning, ? using all movable partition walls and each room having more than two accesses. The house can be occupied by one owner or even by two sharing utilities, or the entire house can be shared. With the space planningapproach usually employed in designing office or commercial building, the house offers a flexible adaptation and usage depending on the ever changing life style of the owner.
