東京の都心に計画されている、ＲＣ造6階建ての賃貸マンションである。法律的条件として容積率緩和のために各住戸に吹き抜けが設けられている。ここではその吹き抜けの天井面を斜めにすることで、その部屋の空間的開放感を維持しながら、上階の住戸の床への影響を斜めに反り上がる形とした。このことで、上階はその床面積を変えずに、空間的な視覚的広がりを確保することが可能となった。
This project is 6-story apartment building located in Tokyo. Each unit has a double floor-height space to maximize allowable volume and floor-area ratio set by a code restriction. By slanting the ceiling and the floor above the space, each room enjoys high ceiling and openness toward sky, at the same time, the unit above acquires a bonus space enjoys visually and spatially expansive feeling without acquiring floor-area set by code.
