東京都心に計画された店舗＋事務所＋住宅の複合ビルである。

３階のスラブを外壁に出し、１、２階のテナントと３、４階の住宅の

外壁の仕上げを変える事で、上下のボリュームに変化を与えつつも、外部テラスの要求面積に応じて フロントサッシュを徐々にセットバックさせる事で上下の連続性を獲得している。

 

A mixed-use building of shop, office and residence located in the central Tokyo. The extruded slab line on the third level with different finish below and above, give a sense of differentiation in volume while achiving a continuity by controlling a setback line on the frontal window based on required the exterior terrace area.

这是个建在东京市中心的综合楼，复合了商业、事务所和住宅。1楼和2楼是承租用房，3楼和4楼是住宅，通过做出不同的外墙的完成面，给上下体块赋予变化性。根据外部阳台的面积要求，使外面的装饰窗徐徐成梯形倒退，以此来获得上下的连续性。
