東京都内に計画された９戸の集合住宅である。内部と外部との隙間に窓を介した新たな空間を設けることにより、

部屋からの眺めや建物の距離感等、密集した地域に建つ低層集合住宅の再定義を考えた。

この窓部の空間は、その厚みに変化を持たすことで、内と外との隔たりの感覚を拡散させ、住戸内の居住性を豊かにする。

またプライバシーに関わる住戸の内部構成を打ち消すことにより、ユニークな外からの印象を得る。

By introducing an intermediary space at a window between inside and outside, its design redefines an experience of living in a typical low-rise housing in a highly dense area of Tokyo, where scenery from room and distance among buildings are often not pleasant. The intermediary space has variation in depth could diffuse a sense of distance between interior and outdoor, thereby an occupant comfort is enriched.
