東京都内に計画されたオーナー住宅、賃貸住居、賃貸店舗の用途複合型の集合住宅である。 ばらばらな要件が無計画に表現されないように、

統一された構成とそれに伴うデザインを求めた。 各階要件に通底する採光に着目し、外壁の役割とゾーニングの関係を明確化しばらばらな

要件を再構築した。 特に、外観デザインにおいて要件の表出がないよう努めた。 テラスを内部に取込み、開口の大きさを３パターンに揃えつつ、サッシュ開口の段差ディテールをテラス開口にも 適用し、見え方の差をなくした。さらにこの段差は水切役のスラブ飛出へ延長し、

各階の段差を連続させている。 全体としてクラシックかつシンプルで現代的な表現となった。

 

A mixed-use building of restaurant, owner's residence, and apartments located in the central Tokyo. The idea of design is to have an integrated exterior facade while having a variety of internal program requirements. In order to do so, we have carefully controled sizes and patterns of internal terrace space, the opening of terrace and the openning with window sash. Also we control the sectional detail of the sash and applied it to terrace openning to express as 'steps' in RC structure. The result is the the 'steps' are expressed as overhanged floor slab and has a 'classic' looking while achiving a synple modern expression.

这个建筑位于东京都内，包括了房东的住宅、集合住宅和商业店铺。内部零乱的元素并没有直接对外展现出来，在外观还是追求了一个统一性。在那里，阳台设计成封闭式的，阳台的开口部分和窗扇的开口部分的大小分成3种规格。并且，把窗户所持玻璃面的高低差运用到阳台的开口中，尝试了RC的高低差表现。由此，这个高低差也应用到了突出来的楼板，起到了遮阳蓬的作用。整体拥有着古典气息，而表现上却是简单现代化的。
